about us

An Australian family owned and operated company

Once upon a time, a passionate adventurer named Kylie Tull embarked on a journey to Kangaroo Island for a better, healthier and more peaceful life for her family. What she discovered was astonishing; rugged coastlines, pristine beaches, its wildlife thriving amidst untouched habitats, and vineyards producing wines that reflect the island's rich terroir in every sip.

Kylie had a deep calling to share all she had encountered. How could she not? With 35 years of experience in the travel industry backing her passion for the island, she took a leap of faith.

In 2016, she founded Kangaroo Island Trails; a family-owned tour company that showcases the island’s hidden gems with the rest of the world!

our vision

Today, our biggest joy is creating experiences that connect people with the wild beauty and hidden gems of Kangaroo Island.

We’ve spent years perfecting the art of relaxed, personalized tours—whether it’s a day spent sipping local wines, spotting kangaroos in their natural habitat, or cruising along scenic trails. We don’t just plan tours; we craft memories that leave you smiling long after you’ve left the island.

You can be at ease knowing you’re touring with an eco-friendly company. We take pride in caring for the environment and making sustainable choices to help preserve Kangaroo Island’s natural treasures for generations to come.

Every tour we offer is built on a foundation of passion, local know-how, and a deep love for the island we call home.
